This tour took place in the center of Tel Aviv and  was led by Eran Feitelson and Sigal Kaplan. It included study visits to the construction site of the new light rail system, the maintenance and operations control center of the Ayalon Highway and the Harel tunnels on the Jerusalem- Tel Aviv highway.
